Senior Manager

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a Senior Manager - Media Show Production to spearhead our media and show production efforts. This pivotal role will focus on developing high-quality media content and integrating captivating show experiences within our diverse entertainment projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Instills and promotes QIC's commitment to health and safety as a core value, empowering teams to exercise their ‘Stop Work’ authority and adhere to established protocols.
- Embodies Qiddiya's leadership principles and inspires junior team members to excel in project deliveries while fostering a culture of safety and innovation.
- Provides regular updates on progress, challenges, and achievements of media production initiatives to the Project Executive, highlighting potential risks and proposed mitigations.
- Leads the tendering and contract management processes, ensuring comprehensive input from all relevant internal stakeholders to support project objectives.
- Enhances collaboration between departments and external partners to ensure seamless integration and execution of media and show elements.
- Supervises the entire media production process, working closely with consultants to ensure adherence to project specifications and QIC's Ways of Working (WOW).
- Engages with stakeholders and contractors to identify project requirements and create cutting-edge production solutions that meet QIC's high standards.
- Oversees the review and approval process for media materials, ensuring compliance with creative, technical, and operational criteria.
- Facilitates workshops and mock-ups with external experts to identify and resolve potential integration challenges before final execution.
- Evaluates submissions from media consultants to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with the requisite processes.
- Disseminates critical media and show production information efficiently among relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Coordinates on-site integration of media and shows, ensuring that all deliverables meet commercial, creative, and technical objectives.
- Supports additional QIC divisions with media and show production inquiries and requirements as necessary.
- Prepares and delivers presentations on media initiatives to senior management as part of project reporting and strategy communication.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Media/Film/TV Production, Arts, Communications, Project Management or a related field is required.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in media production, show execution, and content creation for entertainment venues or theme parks.
- Experience in a managerial role within media or show production is a strong advantage.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of media production processes, industry standards, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in various aspects of media production including pre-production planning, filming, post-production, VFX, and sound design.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential.
- Experience with immersive media technologies (e.g., AR, VR, interactive media) is a plus.
- Familiarity with media production software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar, is beneficial.
- Understanding of show elements and AV integration in theme park settings.
- Prior experience working in the KSA/Middle East region is desired.
- Fluency in Arabic or Japanese is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage media vendors, ensuring delivery meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
