**حول الفريق**
فريق مبيعات Zoom مسؤول عن دفع نمو الإيرادات من خلال تحديد الصفقات وإشراكها وإغلاقها مع العملاء المحتملين. إنهم يفهمون الاحتياجات الفريدة للشركات، ويقدمون حلولًا مصممة خصيصًا تستفيد من مجموعة Zoom من أدوات الاتصال، بما في ذلك مؤتمرات الفيديو والندوات عبر الإنترنت وأنظمة الهاتف. من خلال إجراء عروض توضيحية للمنتجات والتفاوض على العقود والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء، يضمن الفريق رضا العملاء ويعزز الشراكات طويلة الأجل. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يتعاونون مع الإدارات الأخرى لمواءمة الاستراتيجيات وتحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية، ويبحثون باستمرار عن فرص لتوسيع حضور Zoom في السوق

- تمتع بشخصية قيادية ملهمة، مع تركيز الفرق على فلسفة تطوير المبيعات وتنفيذها من خلال نهج نتائج الأعمال ورضا العملاء
- يمتلك خبرة في التنبؤ بالأعمال وتطوير خطوط الأنابيب ومهارات إدارة الأفراد
- امتلاك معرفة شاملة وقابلة للإثبات وتنفيذ منهجية المبيعات
- إظهار التميز في مهارات الاتصال والعرض مع القدرة على بناء الرسائل ذات الصلة والاستراتيجية
- أظهر التميز في CRM، مع تجربة Salesforce كمكافأة إضافية
- كن قادرًا على التواصل بطلاقة باللغة العربية المكتوبة والمنطوقة وفقًا للمعايير الأصلية.
**What you can expect**
As Country Manager KSA, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team. You will drive business initiatives and execute an effective sales strategy. Your goal is to achieve team sales goals.
**About the Team**
The Zoom sales team is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with potential customers. They understand the unique needs of businesses, providing tailored solutions that leverage Zoom's suite of communication tools, including video conferencing, webinars, and phone systems. By conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients, the team ensures customer satisfaction and fosters long-term partnerships. Additionally, they collaborate with other departments to align strategies and meet oorganizational goals, continually seeking opportunities to expand Zoom's market presence
**What we’re looking for**
- Be able to lead and inspire high-performing teams in the successful management of Unified Communications, Cloud Telephony, Contact Centre, Video, or Web collaboration solutions sales
- Be experienced in managing high-performing sales teams in the KSA
- Have inspiring leadership persona, focusing teams on a philosophy of sales development and execution through a business outcome and client satisfaction approach
- Possess expertise in business forecasting, pipeline development, and people management skills
- Have thorough and demonstrable knowledge and execution of sales methodology
- Demonstrate excellence in communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relevant and strategic messaging
- Demonstrate CRM excellence, with Salesforce experience as an added bonus
- Be able to communicate fluently in written and spoken Arabic to native standard.
