**General Manager Saudi Arabia**

The General Manager is responsible for the management of the operations in Saudi Arabia in all respective matters. The General Manager operating in the EMEA matrix organization maintains close contact with all direct reporting lines, all management personnel, all matrix support functions especially with the Director Quality & Safety Assurance. The General Manager will have a direct responsibility of all operational issues and teams to ensure smooth round the clock operations and optimum efficiency in line with best practice in the business jet market and Jet Aviation standards. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a close contact with customers to ensure that the service meets and exceeds the clients requirements. He shall lead the team with particular emphasis on the Jet Aviation values, the company DOA, customer service, health and safety, staff development, motivation, and training apart from the regular P&L, KPI responsibilities. The General Manager is appointed by the VP Regional Operations ME together with the SVP Regional Operations EMEA.

Description/Tasks:
**Main Responsibilities**:
The General Manager shall function as the Accountable Manager in respect to the regulatory, financial and contractual arrangements to ensure that the organisation can perform its activities and achieve its targets.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assign the necessary finance, manpower, resources, and facilities to enable the organisation to accomplish the company’s activities and services

- Achieving all budget, P&L, KPI and other targets as necessary

- Establish and promote the safety and quality policies accordingly

- Ensuring that operations are carried out by the approved organisation to meet the regulatory and Jet Aviation standards as required

- Payment of all charges, as prescribed in respect of the organisation approvals and commitment’s

- Ensure that the audit program is effective and implementation of corrective actions, their timely accomplishment

- Definition, updating and monitoring of the management duties, responsibilities, and delegation of authority, including assignment of managers and their deputies and notification of external organisations including competent national and international aviation authorities

- Ensuring the creation, constant development of the quality assurance and safety management systems, policies, and regular assessment of the system’s adequacy

- Leading of the quality system, including the definition of the frequency, format, and structure of internal evaluation activities

- Supervision of the Postholders, Directors, Managers

- Directly report to VP Regional Operations ME on all aspects of business, continuous improvement and strategy.

- To interact and comply with GACA regulations, relevant Airport Management and other aviation organizations, employees, partners and suppliers.

- To ensure effective communication at all levels both internally and externally including holders, in respect of the Articles of Associations

- To communicate and enforce safety and security procedures in all operations.

- To support and continuously improve the Safety & Quality Management System and establish a positive safety culture throughout the staff, making sure the teams adhere to the system

- Responsible for the operation, safety and security of the facility and the safety of all personnel, passengers, baggage, and cargo, when services are provided

**Duties and Responsibilities within the Quality System**

The General Manager holds the responsibility for the safety and quality assurance system of Jet Aviation Saudi Arabia (JASA) according to GACA regulations. His primary responsibilities include:
- Leading of the quality system, including the definition of the frequency, format and structure of internal evaluation activities, and

- The supervision of the Director Quality Assurance (DQA), and

- Releasing a quality policy including annual quality goals, and

- Releasing the Annual Quality Program (AQP), and

- Supervising the progress of the remedial actions and review of the overall results, and

- Releasing a safety policy, and

- Initiating and supervising the annual management evaluation
