**Position Title**:Factory Setup & Licensing Project Lead**
**Location**: Saudi Arabia
**Reports to**: Executive Management

**Role Summary**

Lead and manage end-to-end factory setup and licensing projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring full regulatory compliance and alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals. Act as the primary liaison with government authorities, clients, and internal stakeholders to secure timely approvals and drive project success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all phases of factory setup, from planning through execution, including site selection, licensing, and regulatory approvals.
- Build and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with relevant Saudi government entities and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure full compliance with local industrial, labor, environmental, and commercial regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and legal advisors to prepare and deliver accurate, high-quality submissions within project timelines.
- Serve as the official representative of **Analytix** in interactions with government agencies, clients, and industry forums.
- Provide strategic input and updates to executive leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in project management, factory setup, or licensing within Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with Saudi government agencies (e.g., MODON, MISA, SFDA, MEWA).
- Deep understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks, industrial policies, and Vision 2030 initiatives.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual fluency in **English and Arabic** is strongly preferred.
