We are seeking a visionary and experienced Landscape Architecture Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and inspire our landscape architectural team, driving innovation and excellence in design while managing complex projects across the region.
- Oversee and manage the landscape architectural team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
- Develop and execute innovative landscape design concepts for a diverse range of projects, including urban developments, parks, and large-scale commercial spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists, to ensure integrated and sustainable design solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct site analyses and develop detailed landscape plans, considering local climate, environmental factors, and cultural context
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards while promoting sustainable design practices
- Participate in business development activities, including client meetings, proposal writing, and presentations
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
- Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the landscape architecture department

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of managing complex projects
- Professional landscape architecture designation or eligibility for registration in Saudi Arabia
- Extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern landscape design principles, climate-appropriate plant selection, and sustainable design practices
- Strong project management skills, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in landscape design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with local environmental regulations and sustainable design practices in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
