Our HR team partners with Functions and Business Lines in order to prepare our organisation for the future. The individual support to our employees, our focus on talent development, and the delivery of our HR strategic agenda is key for our success.

The HR Business Partner implements Group and regional HR strategies within the specified entity ensuring effective localization and alignment. The HRBP participates in the management of HR Operations, leveraging support functions to attract, develop and retain the talent necessary to achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- **HR Management, Strategy & Policy**
Contributes in HR policy development, regular review and update, ensuring effective communication and adoption of policies across the entity
Works in enhancing the current HR processes and procedures
Supports the implementation and alignment of Group and Hub HR strategies
- **Workforce Planning**
Participates in personnel and headcount management exercises.
Consults with business leaders and contributes to annual workforce planning activities
- **Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding**
Works with HR Administration and GR team to ensure that all employment contracts and addendums are issued in a timely manner and recorded in the government systems
Manages the successful onboarding of new joiners by ensuring the provision of all necessary inductions, systems, trainings, and right to work documentation
Oversees offboarding activities for leavers including move management logistics for expat employees returning to their home entity
- **Talent Development & Employee Engagement**
Manages cyclical and ad hoc Talent Development campaigns (eg - AL Campus, TCL program, IHP program, PML program)
Ensures all employees complete compulsory trainings in the LMS
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
Supports the annual Performance Review and objective setting cycle
Contributes to the annual MyVoice survey and subsequent Close the Loop process
Drives ALAR’s Diversity agenda forward
- **Compensation and Benefits**
Manages payroll and ensures accuracy in timely manners
Coordinates with IMOB to support expat employees throughout their expatriate mission
Processes employee expense claims in accordance with agreed upon SLAs
Completes all final settlement calculations in accordance with policy
Oversees the provision of applicable insurance policies; ensuring that all employees and eligible dependents are enrolled in applicable insurance policies; that leavers are removed from all ALAR benefit schemes; and that members lists are current and updated
- **General HR Administration**
Oversee HR operation activities, serving as an escalation point as required
In collaboration with Finance, contribute to and provide oversight of HR invoice processing and reconciliation.
Ensures that all employee and HR data are updated; Contributes to an effective data management system including the digitization of files, the archiving of hard copies, and the management and organisation of shared folders and databases
Generates and analyzes a variety of scheduled and ad hoc reports from the HRMS and other data sources
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
