**Responsibilities**:

- Install & maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards
- Survey of different categories of kitchen equipment for new clients & generating detailed reports
- Diagnose, create reports and upon approvals, repair malfunctions in equipment promptly to minimize downtime
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, replaced parts equipment specifications & manuals
- Meticulous daily & weekly planning: Updating service ticket statuses, priorities & scheduling
- Creation of preventative maintenance checklists & schedules indicating scope of work for each type of equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks according to the schedule and priorities
- Performance of surveys, generation of reports, time and cost estimations for reactive maintenance
- Offering technical advise and upselling of services to clients
- Maintenance of vendor details for parts & inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in various environments
- Identify opportunities for process improvement & service enhancement
- Continuous training and development of junior staff in compliance with the process, procedure & skills.

**Skills**:

- Technical Expertise: Excellent knowledge of repairing and maintaining kitchen equipment such as display cabinets, dishwashing machines, gas fryers, grills, ovens solid tops, woks, fry tops, salamanvers, fryers, ovens, holding cabinets, steamers. microwaves, etc.
- Technical Expertise: Excellent knowledge of repairing and maintaining refrigeration equipment such as walk-in chillers. walk-in freezers under-counter chillers, freezers, ice machines, fridges, etc.
- Attention to detail: Thorough and detail-oriented approach to preventive maintenance and repairs
- Time Management: Excellent time estimation and management
- Written communication: Effective com skills to collaborate with clients, team and management
- Critical thinking: To solve problems, make decisions, ensure safety and communicate effectively
- Driving Skills: Has a Driving License in home-country
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to diagnose and address technical issues
- Excellent planning & organization skills: Ability to manage tasks & time efficiently to drive productivity
- Reporting skills: Detailed reports including recommendations

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
