**What You'll Do**:

- Responsible for the installation of kitchen equipment (including refrigerators, ice makers, ovens, grills, fryers, and dishwashers) in new projects and operational kitchens.
- Manage the tagging of company assets and their transfer between the warehouse and kitchens.
- Conduct periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) for all operational equipment across kitchens in KSA.
- Assist in supervising the installation and commissioning of new equipment purchased from suppliers.
- Diagnose any malfunctions or faults in operating equipment within kitchens.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.
- Perform visual inspections and audits of all equipment in operational kitchens.
- Evaluate and report the workmanship of external contractors to the line manager.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

**What Are We Looking For**:

- Technically qualified and experienced in MEP, F&B, and kitchen equipment, including but not limited to Rational and Middleby equipment.
- Skilled in the use of precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other electromechanical tools.
- Proficient in electronic circuits.
- Possess good reading skills and experience in kitchen layouts.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Capable of working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hold a valid KSA iqama and driving license.
- F&B experience is essential.
