JASARA PMC is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the contractual aspects of our projects, including drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and resolving any contract-related issues.

You will work closely with project managers, legal teams, and external stakeholders to develop and execute contracts that meet our clients' needs while protecting the interests of our company. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate contract documentation, managing contract changes and amendments, and providing regular reports on contract performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of contract law and legal requirements.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus.
