Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Director - Development (Entertainment) to lead our ambitious projects in creating unparalleled entertainment experiences. This role is crucial for driving the development of diverse entertainment offerings within the expansive Qiddiya destination, aimed at captivating audiences and enhancing the leisure landscape of Saudi Arabia.

As the Senior Director - Development for Entertainment, you will oversee all stages of project development, from initial concept and planning to execution and operational handover. You will work collaboratively with creative teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that entertainment venues exceed industry standards while aligning with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategic planning and development of entertainment projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and goals.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities and assess risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and design, to create innovative entertainment experiences.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety practices throughout the development process.
- Regularly report on project status, including milestones, challenges, and recommendations for executive leadership.
- Promote sustainable practices and innovation in all entertainment development initiatives.
- Engage with the community to foster awareness and excitement for Qiddiya’s entertainment offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Entertainment Management, Project Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
- A minimum of 14-18 years in senior management roles within the entertainment industry or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment landscape, including trends, technologies, and audience preferences.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale entertainment projects from conception to completion.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic implementation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with innovative entertainment solutions and cutting-edge technologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
