As a
Senior Director - Development
, you will play a key role in shaping Qiddiya's residential offering, guiding projects from concept through design approvals and into construction. You will help ensure that each development is planned and executed to the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and market alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of residential projects within the villas and townhouses team
  • Manage projects through all development phases, from feasibility analysis and design coordination to pre-construction and contractor selection
  • Navigate stage gate processes effectively, ensuring seamless approvals and alignment with Qiddiya's overall development strategy
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including design teams, consultants, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, clearly communicating project vision, progress, and business cases to senior leadership and external partners
  • Stay ahead of market trends, incorporating best practices in residential development to enhance livability and long-term value

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or master's in Real Estate, Architecture, Business Finance or a related field
  • A minimum of 15 years working as a Development Manager, Senior Manager or Director in early phases of real estate development
  • Experience working on residential or housing developments
  • Experience conducting or leading feasibility studies
  • A strong portfolio of successfully managed projects (ideally from start to finish)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Project experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC (ideally)
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent presentation skills with Powerpoint
