Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with external customer business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements for new projects or enhancements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to elicit and clarify business requirements.
- Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work with stakeholders to define and implement streamlined and efficient processes.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into business trends and performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data integrity and availability for analysis.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate business requirements and insights to cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of business needs.
- Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Participate in testing activities and support the resolution of issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or financial industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
