Senior Planner
- Performs advanced professional work related to variety of planning assignments
- Reviews and processes complex comprehensive plan amendments, rezonings, annexations, site plans, plats
- Develops project budgets, administers bidding process, verifies contract expenditures and compliance
- Performs field inspections to gather data relevant to the development review process and/or to verify that development projects comply with approved plans
- Supervises more junior planners within organization
- Ensure all activities are fully scoped and that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained
- Ensure the master schedule of events and activations is kept up to date
- Make sure all necessary resources are identified, sourced and managed in alignment with project timelines and budgets
- Oversee the implementation of the overall event strategy, making sure it is applied to all elements of the season
- Ensure the risk register is maintained and that all necessary actions are taken to reduce risks to the lowest acceptable levels
- Make sure all elements of the season are measured and reviewed against strategy, brief and performance to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee daily, weekly and monthly team meetings as appropriate, to ensure clear and open communication of goals, objectives, progress and challenges within the team
- Act as a member of the senior project team, attending meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by senior management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 8 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From ﷼20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Planner or Project Management: 5 years (required)
