**PMO Specialist (Al-Khobar) - Job Brief**

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement PMO processes and tools to standardize project management practices across the organization.
- Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring proper resource allocation, risk management, and prioritization of projects.
- Conduct regular project performance assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions.
- Provide training and mentorship to project managers and teams to enhance their project management skills and methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to align project objectives with strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present project performance reports, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement and project excellence.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements and Skills**

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a project management or PMO role, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and relevant PMO processes.
- Experience with project management software (such as MS Project or JIRA) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- PMP certification or similar is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
