Master-Works, a forward-thinking technology consultancy, is seeking a PMO Specialist to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) functions, ensuring project governance and adherence to best practices. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain PMO standards, processes, and documentation to support project governance.
- Facilitate project portfolio management, including project prioritization and resource allocation.
- Monitor project performance and compliance with established PMO policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular project audits and assessments to ensure adherence to project management best practices.
- Provide mentorship and support to project managers and teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with senior management to align project management practices with organizational goals.
- Analyze project metrics and provide insights to enhance project delivery and performance.
- Develop and deliver PMO training and workshops to improve project management capabilities across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- PMP or other PMO-related certification is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
