**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and related tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to translate business requirements into data integration solutions.
- Ensure data quality, data lineage, and metadata management through tools like Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Informatica Metadata Manager.
- Analyze complex data sources and perform data profiling, data mapping, and transformation logic design.
- Understand and prepare complex SQL queries, tuning them for quicker data retrieval.
- Support regulatory and compliance data integration requirements (e.g., Basel III, IFRS 9, FATCA).
- Manage data migration, data consolidation, and data replication tasks across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, performance issues, and integration errors.
- Document ETL frameworks, data flow diagrams, and operational support guides.
- Work closely with IT security, risk, and governance teams to comply with internal and regional data policies.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration and automation.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:

- Expertise in ETL development and data integration, primarily using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Strong experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other RDBMS systems.
- Experience working with Informatica Cloud, IICS, or Data Governance tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
- Deep understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL frameworks, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of banking systems, financial data domains, or regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
- Experience integrating with Temenos core banking systems, CRM, or regulatory platforms (e.g., Moody's, SAS, Finastra) is an advantage.
- Strong experience with error handling, parameterization, and workflow scheduling (e.g., Autosys, Control-M).
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in multicultural teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating with cloud-native data services.
- Familiarity with data governance tools, MDM, and data cataloging solutions.
- Informatica certifications such as Informatica Cloud Data Integration Specialist or PowerCenter Developer.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs for data ingestion or publishing.
- Experience with batch scripting for automation.
