The Senior Integration Developer assists in the design, development, configuration, integration, implementation, support and maintenance of solutions based on Enterprise Middleware technologies at the enterprise level;
- acting independently, under the general supervision and direction of the Team Leader Must have the ability to work with multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams with members at different technical skills.
- This includes authoring technical documents, designing solutions, defining configuration parameters, developing code and reviewing business requirements to determine appropriate technical solutions.
- The Senior Engineer will perform code reviews with in-house and contracted enterprise middleware teams to ensure proper integration architecture is implemented and standards are followed.
- The Senior Integration Developer tasks include (but are not limited to) technical specifications, system design and development, systems integration and testing, technical support and middleware integration project management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 9-10 years hands-on overall development experience with over 5-6 years with IBM Integration Products, including App Connect Enterprise (ACE), API Connect (APIC), and DataPower (DP).
- Proven experience with OpenShift and CP4I.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in implementing Global cache, Exception and logging frameworks.
- Knowledge of working with multiple data formats, XML, Fixed length etc.
- Experience in integrating with databases using ESQL, Java, mapper nodes.
- Experience in writing rules for data interchange in ESQL.
- Expert level knowledge in IIB, MQ & related products is essential.
- Set up Flow patterns/templates and develop re-usable flows, sub-flows.
- Experience in continuous integration of IIB flows using Jenkins or other tools would be a plus.
- Strong trouble shooting, root cause analysis, debugging and problem resolution skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with peers, management, clients and partners.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
