This position is responsible for protecting and driving profitable revenue growth through ownership and
oversight of the inquiry-to-order (ITO) process. The role functions as the primary interface between sales -early engagement, accounts, sales, technical sales, and equipment & channel sales teams and commercial operations, commercial pricing, commercial risk, and commercial contracts
teams and activity sets.
As an Area-Country OFS Commercial Operations Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Depending on the market activity and business complexity, this position may work with a team of other
Commercial Operations Representatives, which may be assigned to a specific PL, several PLs, or a specific
area or country. The position is responsible for ensuring the best technical and commercial solutions are
delivered to the customer, at the best price and lowest risk to BKR, and while upholding the integrity of the
ITO process.
- Working in close collaboration with Global PL Headquarters (HQ), Global OFS HQ, and Region OFS Sales &
Commercial teams, inclusive of market intelligence, early engagement, sales, technical sales,
equipment & channel sales, accounts, commercial pricing, commercial risk, and commercial
contracts teams
- Upholding the integrity of all commercial processes, policies and procedures
- Working with the OFS and product line sales teams within the region to build and maintain a healthy
opportunity pipeline
- Ensuring understanding of customer requirements to provide the best technical and commercial
solutions for all tenders/quotes; achieve reasonable technical and commercial outcomes at the
lowest risk to BKR and with the best profitability
- Coordinating and collaborate across several functional groups -sales, technology, engineering,
supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.
- involving in the ITO-to-OTR handoff process to ensure we can execute on our promises to the
customer
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have minimum of 1 year of experience in either a Sales or Commercial role
- Have very good oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Have very good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to coordinate and work on several projects simultaneously
- Have a Good oral and written communication skills, Good interpersonal skills and Ability to collaborate and work well with other teams
