This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambitious team operating in a truly global environment.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead evaluation and development of IP commercialization strategies, including market analysis, commercial models, 'go‐to‐market' and deployment strategies.
- Lead execution of commercial deals from 'cradle to grave' i.e. from third party selection through authority approvals, deal structuring, negotiations and post‐deal implementation
- Support structuring JDA's, JV's etc. focused on acceleration and adoption of key technologies within Saudi Aramco operations
- Support sourcing and project development in support of new strategic commercial levers e.g. start-ups, technology venturing etc.
- Deliver commercialization training and awareness workshops to R&D organizations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in science and Masters Degree in Management, marketing, or a related field
- At least 15 years' experience in business development or sales within the Oil & Energy industry
- Technical and business development experience in an Upstream technology domain e.g. drilling, production, seismic etc.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Some outbound licensing and negotiations experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in the market
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
