Program Director

This is an onsite position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Travel to the jobsite will be required and it will be for up to 6 months at a time. All necessary business travel expenses will be handled by Coding Dojo._

Coding Dojo is searching for our new onsite Program Director in Saudi Arabia You will be expected to continue the development and ensure the quality of multiple onsite programs, but don’t worry, we will be right there alongside you in a comprehensive onboarding process.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive and support staffing needs for program project launches in tight deadlines
- Support in logistics and operations of onboarding, relocation and success of our staff readiness onsite in Saudi Arabia
- Allocate and train staff to fulfill program needs
- Provide support to onsite staff including but not limited to
- Accommodating instructor’s needed tools/resources
- Supporting instructors through mentorship of Coding Dojo best practices
- Identifying content gaps and resolving or delegating resolution to ensure content is up-to-date and maintains quality
- Conducting daily stand-ups and weekly reflections to maintain visibility across programs and provide instructor’s opportunity to skill-share or raise concerns
- Ensure collaborative and productive workday
- Ensure the success of each program by collaborating with our partner
- Handle any potential escalations needed by our partner
- Handle instructional performance evaluations, coaching, and improvements
- Assist with new SOPs and iteration of SOPs to help with improvements of smooth operations
- Experience in domain, senior leadership, or project management
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of urgency (able to embrace an agile work culture)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant education/training experience such as instructing, curriculum writing, or formal training roles
- Possess a working knowledge of at least three of the following domains:

- Software Development
- Software QA
- Software Development Operations (DevOps)
- UI/UX Design
- Mobile Development (Android or iOS)
- Data Science
- Technical Sales
- Data Governance
- Internet of Things (IOT)
- Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
