**Requirements**:
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Oracle Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database Management.
- Experience with Oracle development tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
