**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design and Development**:

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- **Programming Expertise**:

- Ensure high-quality coding standards by performing unit testing and code reviews.
- **Analysis and Troubleshooting**:

- Analyze business requirements, propose technical solutions, and create detailed technical design documents.
- **Project Collaboration**:

- Actively participate in sprint planning sessions and status meetings during Agile or Waterfall project execution.
- **Lifecycle Management**:

- Assist in managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of Oracle Utilities projects, including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Document technical solutions and maintain proper version control to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:

- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, highlight potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support knowledge transfer sessions and mentoring of junior team members.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**:

- Hands-on experience with Groovy or object-oriented programming for technical design and development.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Proficient in SQL or PL/SQL programming with a strong ability to write complex queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with the configuration and customization of CC&B and C2M modules.
- **Analysis and Design**:

- Background in business and requirements analysis, with the ability to convert requirements into detailed technical designs.
- Proficiency in creating design documentation and supporting functional and technical teams.
- **Project Methodologies**:

- Understanding of SDLC processes, with hands-on experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving capabilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with other Oracle Utilities products or modules, such as MDM (Meter Data Management) or WAM (Work and Asset Management).
- Experience in performance tuning of Oracle database queries.
- Basic understanding of utility business processes and operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
