The mechanics Shift-Supervisor Manages all activities of the RM Team and provides technical support for maintaining automated material handling equipment in warehouses and distribution centers and supporting complex troubleshooting and problem solving with an array of technical tools. The mechanic Tech should also have the Knowledge of mechanical principles, motors, drivers, belts and bearings

**Accountabilities**
- Repairs, Modifies or replace damaged equipment/components ensuring best decision for max uptime
- Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation for all related scope.
- Generate working prototypes for beta testing and preventive maintenance
- Analyzes system daily operation reports to track and identify opportunities for continued improvement
- Manage external suppliers/subcontractors performance to maximize the business benefits out of this relationship
- Perform detailed documentation to track project development and maintenance process
- Maneuvers warehouse and distribution center ladders, metal stairs, catwalks, and temporary structure to find problems and make repairs.
- Update help-desk ticketing system to track, monitor and resolve issues for better efficiency.
- Present whenever the system requires even holydays, day off.
- Design a system manuals documents to be used in Employees induction & on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with other MHE engineers for assure 360 synergy & reach the operation full capacity.

**Work Environment**
- Indoors : 80%
- Outdoors : 20 %
- Working Days : 6 Working Days
- Days off : 1 Days Off
- Working Hours : 8 Hours a day “ Rotating shifts” (1 hour break)

**Job Requirement**

Education
- 2-year degree in Mechatronic or Mechanical Technology or equivalent experience.

Experience
- 5-7 years of equipment maintenance experience preferably with automation.

Computer Skills
- MS Office Suite
