**Responsibilities**:
Lead, supervise, and follow up with couriers on daily performance
Ensure achievement of **COD delivery targets** and overall station KPIs.
Monitor courier attendance, routing, and delivery quality
Provide training, coaching, and support to improve performance
Manage dispatch planning, time management, and productivity
Handle escalations and coordinate with management for issue resolution
Ensure couriers follow company policies, procedures, and Saudi culture norms

**Requirements**:
Minimum qualification**:Intermediate / 12+ Education**
**At least 2 years of experience** in courier/logistics operations (mandatory)
Strong **communication skills** in English, Arabic, and Urdu
Excellent leadership, supervision, and team-management skills
Strong knowledge of **courier job functions** and last-mile delivery
Result-oriented, good time management, and problem-solving skills
