- _**Roles and Responsibilities**_

The Conference & Events Sales Officer will maximize revenue opportunities in the conferences and events industries by increasing sales opportunities and increasing conversions.
As a conference and events sales officer, you'll maximize revenue opportunities in the conferences and events industries by increasing sales opportunities and increasing conversions. The Conference & Events Sales Officer will interact frequently with guests and customers with the goal of earning more frequent and extended business. Specifically, the Conference & Events Sales Officer will perform the following tasks with the highest quality standards:

- Receive and transfer incoming inquiries to achieve goals and maximize revenues
- Strive to increase sales and conversions within the team
- Manage an event schedule to maximize returns
- Focus on a consistently

executed add-on selling approach
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully
understand their needs
- Arranging and conducting hotel tours
- Ensure the full management and execution of all

planned events
- Participate in promotional activities of the hotel

The Conference & Events Sales Officer always works on behalf of our guests and works with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you must maintain the behavior, skills, and values you follow:

- Good

organizational and management skills
- Good attitudes and communication skills
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer

service
- Confident style in dealing over the phone
- High level of IT

skills
- Excellent personal care standards

Must be fluent in Arabic and English

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

License/Certification:

- Driving license needed for sales Executive (preferred)
