The Food Procurement Officer is responsible for managing and executing all purchasing activities for food and beverage items within the organization. The role aims to source the best quality products at competitive prices, achieve high efficiency in supply chain management, and ensure compliance with the company's financial and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Vendor and Relationship Management**:

- Research and identify new, reliable suppliers for food and beverages in the local market.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and commercial terms.
- Build strong relationships and maintain continuous communication with suppliers to ensure service quality.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of current suppliers.
- **Procurement Execution**:

- Receive and review purchase requests from various departments.
- Prepare and send purchase orders to suppliers after approval.
- Track purchase orders from placement to delivery.
- Ensure that received goods meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- **Cost and Budget Management**:

- Monitor and analyze purchasing costs regularly to adhere to the allocated budget.
- Prepare monthly reports on procurement expenses for management.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profit margins without compromising quality.
- **Inventory and Quality**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize waste.
- Guarantee that all purchased products comply with food safety and quality standards.
- Monitor the expiration dates of all incoming products.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of the local food and beverage supplier market in Riyadh.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement management software and Microsoft Office.
- **Soft Skills**:

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear and persuasive recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with operational and purchasing teams.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- **Language**: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- **Location**: Must reside in or be able to relocate to Riyadh.

Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
