**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to efficiently meet the company’s needs.
- Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers, fostering strong and reliable vendor relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best prices and terms.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouses to manage inventory levels and ensure material availability without excess.
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports, cost analyses, and procurement budgets.
- Review and approve purchase orders to ensure alignment with internal policies.
- Stay informed on global and local market trends and assess their impact on the supply chain.
- Supervise the procurement team and support their professional development

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably within the food or FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficient in ERP systems and procurement management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and managerial abilities.
