- Maintain accurate records of vehicle use, maintenance, and trip logs.
- Assist in the hiring process of new drivers, including conducting interviews and facilitating training sessions.
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and reduce transportation expenses.
- Implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize vehicle downtime and ensure fleet reliability.
- Analyze transportation data and identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of drivers, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and customer service.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during transportation operations, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to service.

**Required Qualification / Experience / Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; or Diploma/GED Certificate.
- 3 years’ experience in transportation management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Arabic language is required.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with transportation management software or systems is preferred.

**Job Location**:Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

**Type of Employment**:Full Time/ Permanent

**Salary**: SAR 10K to 12K/monthly
