**Responsibilities**:
Functional / Operational tasks:

- Coordinating with W/H in charge for the minimum stock.
- Overviewing daily material dispatch and reporting errors for the W/H in charge.
- Follow up stock on hand and coordinating with LAB for expire and near expire stock and revalidated,
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Overview, warehouse condition and housekeeping and general organization.
- Complies with Company, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Ensures all Lease Contracts & Required Permits by Local Authorities are valid and advise Admin / Facility Management for renewals before expiry.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring Security & Safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Ensure preparations and re-organization the warehouse before general stock count,
- Overview dally receiving material by batch and reporting shortage / execs.
- Identify dangers during the conduct of the works to EHS Representative. Responsible for Implementing EHS recommendations
- Immediately Reporting incidents and work accidents or emergencies to EHS and Admin. Representatives upon their occurrence.
- Provides monthly reports to Management detailing materials received & dispatched dead & non-moving stocks, & Transportation efficiency.
- Insure implementing first in first out (FIFO) system for the issuance and delivery materials.
- Monitor the safety condition of the warehouse and reports observed unsafe conditions.
- Participate in the mid-year and year-end stock takes.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Performs other related functions as required by his immediate superior.
- In his absence or leave, Warehouse in charge is taking over of his duties and responsibilities

**Experience**:
Plus additional time-extensive job-related training including formal examination (e.g. PhD, BS - MS, MBA)

IT skills:

- Microsoft Office
- SAP

Language skills (level):
- English intermediate
