Inbound Sales Executive

Suppose you have superior communication skills, goal-oriented behavior, and eagerness to win. Well, today is the day you cash in on these skills We are looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team. As a Sales Executive at Marn, you will receive daily qualified leads from your colleagues on the Pre-Sales team. You will then become the Deals Closer by reaching out to the lead and changing their status to a long-lasting client of Marn via closing the deal properly.
Here at Marn, we believe that sales at its core is about helping people. In order for the Sales Executive at Marn to help merchants, you must first establish a deep understanding of the POS market. This knowledge will be invested to advise merchants on the best solution for their business needs whether that solution is Marn’s or even a competitor’s solution. We have built an amazing solution to help merchants in Retail, F&B, Services, and Entertainment sectors to manage their businesses effectively and efficiently. Our products have a long historical track of providing value to the world and currently, there are thousands of merchants actively using Marn’s products on a daily basis. We trust in our products and we never try to sell them. We simply introduce them to the world.
**About Marn**:
Marn is a technology company established in 2017. It was acquired by Jahez recently. The company develops Point of Sale (POS) “AKA cloud cashier system” software integrated with payment services to provide a one-stop solution for businesses in F&B, Retail, Entertainment, and Services. Marn grew massively in the past two years and continues accelerating its customer base's growth.

**What You’ll Do**:
- You will be a champion in understanding Marn’s software, the competition, the buyer's persona, Marn’s value proposition, and market dynamics.
- Become wise & efficient with your time by establishing super strong understanding of Marn’s ideal customer profile and only target those who we can help with our solutions.
- Use the knowledge you have about Marn, its customers, and the market to establish strong connections with merchants built on the intention of advising them to develop their businesses.
- Be super honest with prospective clients via understanding their needs, then close with them only if Marn is truly the ideal solution.
- You will present, prepare collateral, make field visits, and negotiate prices and deal terms.
- You will prospect for leads via cold calling, visits, and through your market connections.
- You will receive your monthly targets at the beginning of each month. You will set your own weekly targets & execute them daily to accomplish your monthly sales quota.
- Become a superhero deal closer to achieving your monthly sales quota each & every month of the year.
- Speak Marn’s language and represent the brand positively.
**Requirements & Skills**:
- Superior communication skills in the Arabic language with intermediate English proficiency.
- Established experience in sales or similar roles for 1-2 years.
- Well-rounded people skills with a familiarity with the market dynamics.
- Ability to establish and maintain solid business relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for prospective clients in supporting them understand the value of Marn’s products.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proven presentation skills.
- Most importantly, excited to present Marn’s solutions to the world and eager to achieve monthly sales targets and WIN.
