We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the interior fit-out and joinery industry. As the Logistics Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient transportation of materials.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supply Chain Optimization**:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain for interior fitout and joinery projects.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.

**Inventory Management**:
Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock while minimizing excess.

Implement inventory control measures to track, manage, and report on stock movements.

**Logistics Coordination**:
Plan and coordinate the transportation of materials to project sites.

Work closely with logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules and reduce lead times.

**Documentation and Compliance**:
Ensure all shipping and customs documentation is accurate and in compliance with regulations.

Stay updated on industry regulations and proactively address compliance issues

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and other relevant teams to align logistics activities with project timelines.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in logistics operations.

Implement best practices to enhance overall logistics efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager in the interior fit-out or joinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and logistics principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software for inventory management and logistics planning.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: From ﷼4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 3 years (preferred)
