**Key Responsibilities**
- Effective delivery of site-wide logistics for a major residential development in KSA.
- Plan, Organize and control the Logistics process and procedures regionally.
- Implement work objectives and supervise material movement domestically and internationally.
- Should develop operating standards to ensure excellence of customer services.
- Focus on continuous improvement of Logistics standard process and procedures.
- Liaise with workshop for the periodic maintenance weekly scheduling of assets on hire.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation.
- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Monitor domestic and international Logistics jobs performed in regional depots in line with company approved SOP.
- Reviewing transportation schedules, workers and employee's assignments.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a logistics manager.
- At least 5 years of working experience handling Logistics in a construction or equipment rental related companies.
- Previous history of successful distribution and logistics management.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
- Saudis preferred / Others must have a transferable iqama.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Willing to train, coach, supervise and motivate the team.
- Management and organizational skills.
- Customer service skills.
- In-depth Product and Business knowledge.
- Good judgment and analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and service-oriented - actively looking for ways to help people.

**Job Location**:KSA

**Type of Employment**: Permanent / Full time

**Salary: SAR 15k - SAR 25k/Month**
