The resort will be situated next to an 18-hole championship golf course, reflecting Fairmont's association as a world class golf destination. it will set new standards in sustainable development, positioned on 200km of untouched coastline, an archipelago of more than 90 unspoiled island, dormant volcanoes, rich marine habitat, and ancient archaeological sites.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Cluster Marketing Manager to join our team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple properties in the region, driving brand awareness, and maximizing revenue growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for a cluster of properties in Umluj and surrounding areas
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI
- Collaborate with property managers and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners and local tourism boards
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality and tourism marketing

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian and Middle Eastern markets is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Umluj, Saudi Arabia
