We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Financial Controller to join our team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of multiple properties within our hospitality portfolio, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strategic growth.
- Lead and manage the finance teams across multiple properties, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for senior management and stakeholders
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the cluster
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with property managers and department heads to optimize financial performance and identify areas for cost savings
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the cluster's financial operations
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial management, with a track record of progressive responsibility
- Experience in hospitality or related industries preferred
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Proven experience in multi-property financial management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
