Ensure the accurate and timely registration of healthcare practitioners with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. Maintaining the integrity of registration records and facilitating the administrative processes related to new registrations and renewals.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Ensures the integrity and timeliness of all Saudi Commission for Health Specialties registration records in the database. Regularly update and verify registration records to ensure compliance with all requirements.

2. Administers the preparation and submission of pre-audit packages to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. Compile and organize electronic reports, checklists, and employee data for timely submission.

3. Maintains the accuracy of the registration process at all times. Review and verify registration documentation, ensuring completeness and adherence to established guidelines.

4. Facilitates logístical and administrative events related to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties registration. Coordinate scheduling, venue arrangements, and necessary documentation for smooth registration processes.

5. Receives and address concerns from Hospital employees regarding the registration process. Provide assistance and information as needed to ensure employees understand and comply with registration requirements.

6. Contacts employees requesting information necessary for new registrations or renewals with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. Ensure timely and accurate communication to gather required data and documentation.

7. Prepares letters as needed for various registration-related purposes.

8. Provides assistance in evaluating subordinates' as required. Collaborate with supervisors to assess and provide feedback on the performance of team members.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Grade 08:One (1) year of related experience is required.

Grade 09:Three (3) years of related experience, including two (2) years of (Grade 08) experience is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals Only.
