We are currently seeking a Vehicle Registration and Delivery Specialist this person will be responsible for defining, building, and maintaining a repeatable, efficient, and effective vehicle registration and delivery coordination framework, which will support our in-market field teams to execute timely and efficiently.
- Rols:
- Build a vehicle registration and delivery coordination program, within our wider Delivery program to support Saudi Arabia launch and rapid expansion
- Determine, design, and implement lean, repeatable, scalable vehicle registration, and delivery coordination
- Build a framework with agility to adapt local rules, regulations, systems, and process
- Optimize process, to be efficient, waste and error prone
- Identify the right off-the-shelf and within Lucid available tools and systems to manage various paperwork processes
- Establish and maintain vendor and authority relationships that support registration process
- Supervise program adoption and performance, drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with Business Process Manager, Enablement, Sales and Order Operations, Field and HQ Sales and Delivery, Customer Support, Commerce Systems, Legal and Finance teams to streamline cross-functional workstreams
- Manage and control document generation process to ensure first-time right
- Design and manage flows to support both digital and manual process and drive automation internally and externally
- Experience working with Department of Traffic
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Program/Business Management or equivalent work experience preferred. Project management experience is required.
- 4+ years of experience in managing vehicle registration processes, ideally across multiple countries
- 2+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and controlling workflow processes
- Experience in managing vendor relationships
- Experience in building from scratch
- Expert in registration software and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.), and Salesforce
- Willingness to travel up 30
