Position Title

Retail Auditor and Data Analyst

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Audit Reporting and Data Analysis.

KSA ER Exceptional monitoring & sharing with respective regions on daily basis.
Escalating GIT pending to respective stores.
Preparing & sharing Stock-Take Dashboard-KSA on weekly basis.
Identifying & escalating the risks associated in the stock-takes.
Sharing RFID weekly Dashboard on weekly basis.
Highlighting the risks in RFID like non-compliance stores, abnormal variance been posted, non-compliance over SSE/Retirements.
Monitoring compliances over Damage declaration’s & sharing Damage dashboard, highlighting high damage bookings.
Dedicated Return Counter monitoring on regular basis.
Monitoring exceptional transactions like Multiple credit notes in a single transaction, odd hour billing, same ID usage for cashier & manager, Billing by manager ID.
Collecting/reviewing stock loss action plan for high shrinkage stores.
Shrinkage Budgeting according to the store historical shrinkage facts & figures.
Preparing stock-take schedule as per norms.
Consolidating Team tracker & sharing with management.
Assisting manager/management with Ad-hoc reports.

Loss Prevention, BOE Audit and shrinkage Reviews

Ensure that store process compliance and LP training programs are conducted based on the requirements for the Operations Team.

CCTV reviews and Investigations -Shukran, Fraud & Investigation

Ensure that all the doubtful Shukran cases are clearing and reverting to the DXB LP
To investigate all doubtful cases from time to time arising in the business

Stock take activity

Visits during the stock takes and ensure that all stock take activities are covered and followed as per GSOP.
Follow up on Pre
- stock take activities as per the timeline mentioned in GSOP
Follow up and review SLAP from all the stores after stock take within the timeline mentioned in GSOP

Warehouse Visit.

To physically verify the pull outs at the warehouse
To physically verify the monthly damages at the warehouse
