***Department Overview**:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will be the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries in Saudi Arabia, providing comprehensive, end-to-end support for HR initiatives and employee operations. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience and ensuring seamless HR project execution within the Saudi Arabian context.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Project Management & Execution: Actively participate in and support the execution of diverse HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Comprehensive HR Support: Provide expert HR support across a broad spectrum of functions, including talent acquisition, seamless onboarding, effective employee relations, robust talent management, and adherence to Saudi Arabian labor law and company policies.
- Process Improvement & Employee Experience: Lead the implementation of innovative HR processes specifically tailored for Saudi Arabia to significantly improve the employee experience and contribute directly to organizational success.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate insightful HR reports, conduct thorough data analysis, and meticulously document HR-related processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with other HR teams, facilitating the efficient sharing of knowledge, policies, programs, and updates to ensure consistent HR delivery.

***Basic Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in HR operations or a closely related HR field.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with and influence employees and management at all organizational levels.
- Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both collaboratively within a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Organizational & Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and successfully executing complex projects.
- Language Fluency: Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
