**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the ICT support team, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality service delivery.
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements, driving faster and smarter business processes and enhancing employee productivity.
- Respond to help desk requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.
- Ensure timely resolution of service issues and requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee equipment repairs and replacements as necessary, ensuring mínimal downtime for users.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance team performance and security.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, and system performance monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Fortinet technology and hands-on experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA and CCNA are a plus.
