Ensure the competitiveness of Nahdi Medical Company (NMC) pay strategy within the market. Support the decision-making process through providing the Top Management with all the analysis and data from the pay perspective. Manage the performance management cycle in line with the corporate strategy to maintain Nahdi as performance driven organization.

Accountabilities

**Total Rewards**:

- Manage the development of Nahdi Medical Company (NMC) Reward Structure through the collaboration with internal or external parties and participating in benchmarking exercises to ensure the competitiveness within the market.
- Provide recommendations in regards to the Reward Packages for the Business Departments through benchmarking against the market to ensure the competitiveness of Nahdi pay structure in the market and to ensure the compliance with the internal pay strategy.
- Provide the Top Management with required data from analysis and identification to the development areas from the pay perspective in order to support the decision making process.

**Performance Management**:

- Support in developing the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and the SMART objectives through cascading the organization’s objectives to departmental level and follow up to ensure individual level cascading by coordination with the Head of Departments to ensure proper implementation of the Performance Management System and to achieve the organization’s goals.
- Manage the performance management system implementation including coaching, training, normalization, scores finalization etc. through the collaboration with the managers to ensure compliance and to spread the culture of performance management.

**Department Management**:

- Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching etc. to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

- Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break)
