**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparation of customer invoices adhering to specific contractual/purchase order terms using both Sparrows Accounting Systems (SUN/PSA) and customer online upload software
- Timely and accurate preparation and processing of Purchase invoices, maintenance of the associated ledgers and monthly reconciliation to nominal ledger control accounts.
- Preparation and posting of accruals & prepayments as part of month end closing.
- Monitor work in progress to ensure timely invoicing of costs within contractual deadlines and company targets
