Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a creative and strategic Manager - Social Media to lead our social media initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive conversation around Qiddiya's offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and manage the overall social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content tailored to each social media platform.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
- Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively for campaigns and promotions.
- Lead and mentor social media team members, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on brand storytelling.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve performance.
- Experience leading and managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
