**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Civil Works Expert** with over 10 years of experience to supervise civil works for Smart City projects in Riyadh. The role involves managing the installation of smart assets such as edge devices, underground utilities, and supporting infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise civil works for smart city assets (edge devices, utilities, underground infrastructure).
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with technical teams for smooth integration of civil and smart infrastructure.
- Oversee site activities, inspect work quality, and manage contractors.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in civil supervision, especially on infrastructure or smart city projects.
- Strong understanding of underground utilities and smart asset deployment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and site management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
