JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a knowledgeable and experienced Structural and Civil Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our esteemed team. As a joint venture involving Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is at the forefront of delivering innovative social infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to ensure quality and efficiency in our engineering solutions.
As a Structural and Civil SME, you will play a pivotal role in providing guidance, technical support, and strategic insights on civil and structural engineering projects. Your experience will be crucial in driving best practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of transformative projects aligned with the Vision 2030 objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert technical guidance in civil and structural engineering, influencing design processes and project methodologies.
- Review and assess project documentation, including plans, specifications, and calculations, to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to engineering teams to improve design quality and project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate civil and structural solutions effectively, ensuring cohesive project execution.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge sharing and skill development among team members.
- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in civil and structural engineering.
- Advise on risk management strategies, including identifying and mitigating potential project risks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with demonstrated expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, and other engineering tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and industry regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Proven experience in mentoring and developing engineering talent.
- Professional Engineering license or equivalent accreditation.
