**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya’s vision and objectives.
- Oversee financial modeling, budget preparation, and cash flow management for assigned projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with project teams to analyze market trends and assess potential risks, providing recommendations to mitigate financial exposure.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, commercial partners, and project teams.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to achieve favorable terms and performance outcomes.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on commercial performance to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and strategic initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop commercial staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Support the overall business development efforts by identifying new markets and opportunities for project expansion.
- Interface with other departments, ensuring smooth coordination between commercial functions and operational execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in commercial management, with a focus on real estate, entertainment, or large-scale project development.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify commercial opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
