Administrative Events Coordinator

Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a holding company for a group of companies specialized in Events solutions, production, logistics. Their HQ is in Dubai, and they have branches in KSA and Egypt as well.
They are one of the leading Events’ solutions and production providers in GCC with more than 20 years of experience in the market and having ISO certifications for Events production and organization.
**Key Accountabilities**:
**The position involves**:
- Coordinating all logístical aspects of events, including budget ,location, catering, equipment, transportation, and guest registration. such as the event type, expected attendance, budget constraints, desired location, accessibility, and any special requirements or amenities needed.
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure clear and smooth coordination.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinating contracts, invoices, and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conducting post-event evaluations to assess the success of events.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in event management is preferred.
- Experience in event management platforms, especially in Saudi.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is needed.
- Presentable.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
