**Job Overview**
Manage the implementation of BIM system across design and engineering disciplines during pre/post construction phases, gather needed components to align (construction, design and facility management) information requirements and ensure proper execution of works through monitoring projects progress and teams performance to deliver the projects on time while maintaining the cost and quality parameters to meet The Red Sea Development Company's (TRSDC) business objectives and requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the supply chain to deliver high quality information, data and models to TRSDC and ensure the delivery of information to TRSDC team and supply chain is in line with contract requirements
- Manage and assess different factors that affect BIM development and analysis (logistics, project schedule specs, sensor, control management, etc.) and ensure supply chain delivery of high-quality data into the model to contribute to the success of the BIM system.
- Assist developing Employers Information Requirements for each asset and work with consultants and contractors to ensure proposed BIM Execution Plans are aligned to TRSDC standards such as (BS EN ISO 19650 or PAS1192 series).
- Ensure the implementation of open BIM standards such as (IFC or building SMART), and international standards
- Assist in managing the legal implications of delivering good practice BIM and develop specific BIM protocols and legal frameworks to drive contract creation.
- Develop BIM models related to facility operations, by adding all the information gathered during the construction phase related to amenities and facilities and ensuring easy and clear access to all the required information in order to facilitate maintenance.
- Ensure the implementation and management of a Common Data Environment to international standards, through Autodesk BIM360 and Aconex.
- Ensure integration of other data sources such as GIS and PMIS with the BIM data to provide Facilities Management, Asset Management and Smart Destination capabilities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture or any related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
- PMP or equivalent (preferred)
