JASARA PMC is currently hiring for the position of Cost Estimation Engineer. As a Cost Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for our projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are planned and executed within budget. **Responsibilities**:

- Review project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to understand the scope of work
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates based on project requirements
- Conduct cost analysis and evaluation to validate and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving measures and alternative solutions
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss cost-related matters
- Maintain and update a cost database to ensure accurate cost information
- Provide support and guidance to junior members of the cost estimation team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Cost Estimation Engineer or in a similar role
- Proven knowledge of cost estimation methodologies, techniques, and software
- Proficiency in using cost estimation software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
