Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
As a Sales Engineer at Immensa, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, generating leads, and promoting our innovative spare parts solutions. By understanding client needs, providing technical support, and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, sales skills, lead generation capabilities, and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand spare parts requirements and challenges.
- Build strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Provide technical support and customized solutions to address customer inquiries.
2. Lead Generation:
- Identify and develop new sales leads within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.
- Prospect and engage with potential clients to expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation strategies.
- Attending industry events to seek business growth opportunities.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of Immensa's digital spare parts solutions.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
4. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare persuasive sales presentations showcasing our solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team on tailored solutions.
- Address client inquiries and objections professionally.
5. Sales Growth:
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Analyze sales metrics and provide insights to management.
- Develop effective sales strategies for business growth.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide detailed reports on sales outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven record in outside sales within the Oil & Gas/Energy sectors.
- Degree in engineering or related field; equivalent industry experience accepted.
- 3-4 years of sales management or consulting experience in similar organizations.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in lead generation and technical concepts.
- Results-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A valid driving license required.
Work Location: Dammam 2nd Industrial City
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
