Today, we are recruiting for **Temporary Operation Coordinator **position to Join our Project Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for Professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Overall railway dynamic operation and site coordination during the Test and Commissioning phase.
- Coordinate of necessary means for the realization of the dynamic testing schedule
- Define and manage the Work Permit Process, allowing a safe and coordinated execution of all activities to be performed during the Test and Commissioning phase (static tests, dynamic tests, remaining installation and construction works...)
- Define a Site Processes, Rule and Regulations to ensure Safety of all people involved in Site activities.
- Coordinate safe access to the track and the station for all activities to be performed.
- Manage the site coordination between the different testing teams to facilitate proper site access, work execution, and work closeout.
- Manage Traffic Operation operators for train and railroad vehicles on the track.
- Manage train movement from the OCC according to the testing team need.
- Optimize traffic regulation, in accordance with testing team need as well as traffic Rules and Regulation
- Site management including permit to work management, site access, and work completion
- Test and schedule coordination for the dynamic testing, shutdowns, and track access

**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in English Language
- Broad Knowledge of railway systems, operating requirements, available equipment and systems
- Strong coordination capacity
- High level of communication skills
- Software HMI knowledge
